Will UK leave the European Union in 2019 or 2020?

In my reading I'm getting apartments and residential homes, an emphasis to where people live coming up closely around or paired up with finances, bank accounts and money (this can also represent the need to build new residences and property expansion or construction). 

I feel that money and people coming into the country, is the reason why Brexit is so difficult to make happen. It isn't the question as to who wants brexit or not, the vote was done years ago, that question was already answered. The real question is, that 3 years later UK is still unable to make it happen. This could also mean there is an emphasis to housing, where people live and how money ties in with all that and its relationship to Brexit.

I've got coming out quickly two gold wedding rings overlapping each other with a 'wedding plan' and two office workers in a "romance" - this suggests UK's strong connection to the European Union making it difficult to separate from the "marriage", the "relationship" shows it was all about material harvest. 

It can also mean there may not be a divorce from the European union just yet..(however I feel it could most likely happen eventually in 2019 or 2020). The 'office workers in a romance' also represents inappropriateness or scandal that could be going on within the UK parliament which highly influences any actioning around Brexit.

I also get 'Miners' or underground movements and a lot going on behind the scenes of Brexit we know nothing about and this comes around closely with 'boats and seaside' - could symbolise immigration (update: I'm unsure as to exactly what this means, however this can represent also quite literally construction or underground mining around something near the sea or on the sea or coast?)

I feel with Brexit, there is a strong relationship to people migrating and coming from Europe across to UK and settling here, perhaps it has placed a great strain on the country, especially financially and also those newcomers going on to benefits - I don't think people realise how much of strain this might be. 

Brexit or not I feel that new changes or rules may come into place that affect who can and cannot come to the UK. 

I also get a 'break in' or to break into a door that is closed, and is connected with an office or courtroom/parliamentary building - I feel this represents the action Boris Johnson has recently taken to suspend parliament recently for a month by permission of The Queen. It says that politicians and outsides are not happy about this move and may try to "push the doors open" so to speak. I feel that Boris Johnson needs to do this as he settles into gathering up the pieces of the puzzle and holding things together. This man has to take in incredible amounts of pressure it shows. 

I don't like the security levels of his office, I hope that no one breaks in to parliament (or his office) or creates too much of a fuss or drama about the suspension on parliament?

He comes up closely with the 'fisherman' which is paired with the 'courtroom' or parliament room. I feel Boris needs to get out of the office for some reason (again 'fisherman' is an interesting placement and I do not fully understand what this image means).

He knows suspending parliament was risky and a sacrifice, however I feel this was a good decision as the Brexit has been going on for 3 years and had still not occurred. There is something very strange or inappropriate going on in parliament for politicians to be delaying and delaying this movement with more and more scrutiny and allowing years to slip by when the majority of public voted EU out  - with Boris it was showing far too many things coming up at once and there needed to be a suspension.

There is also for some reason an emphasis to the army as a solider (can represent police) came up with 'islands' at sea. I feel this could symbolically represent Ireland (or it could represent Hong Kong or another island like region). I feel there could be conflict and unrest (with possible military action) around Ireland or an Island or Hong Kong that comes to great emphasis during this period 2019-2020. Or a military influence on waters that separate one continent from another?

Next Prince Charles in uniform and Camilla came out representing a 2nd marriage - which means a divorce (Brexit) would have had to occurr sometime in the near future between now 2019 and 2020?

Prince Charles and Camilla symbolise the divorce from the European Union and a '2nd marriage' (which is successful) and I feel it could happen within 2019-2020, they are paired with a green sign that says "Hello I Am New". I feel there could be a NEW agreement coming out in regards to Brexit. This could also symbolise a new reign -  Prince Charles around Brexit at some point in the future representing this new transition perhaps? By the way, Prince Charles I read (not sure how true) once wrote letters to politicans years ago before joining the European Union, expressing his concerns and didn't feel confident it would be a good idea. If so his majesty was dead right, as it was not wise or beneficial for UK to join the EU, as we can see the turmoil it is causing now. Its a shame royalty are not allowed to have a say on politics, I feel that this is not fair, they should be allowed to in extreme situations like this one. I think Prince Charles is very perceptive and he will make a good King one day.

This "Charles 2nd Marriage" and "Hello I Am New" it it also close to the graveyard and a living room. If there is a new agreement I don't feel people will like it as it involves a 'deathlike process' and endings - it symbolises residents already here with European backgrounds whom may have to depart??

I feel there will be a divorce anyway from the European Union and some residents living in the UK may have to leave although will be given time to do just that. This divorce might not happen straightaway, however sometime in the near future. Or if there is a divorce happening really soon, there will be a transition of a few years.

It is not right for Europeans whom have never worked substantially in the UK, to live there or whose ancestors were never from there, to claim benefits and place pressure on the country that way. I can understand why, from an economic perspective they may need to go. 

There is also an emphasis to the health of people in this reading and the endocrine systems OR the race of people, it comes out strong with another single larger white gold ring with a diamond in it. 

At the beginning of this reading we started off with two yellow gold wedding rings (symbolising UK's marriage to the European Union), however, at the end of the reading it turns into just one larger white gold diamond ring. I feel that there will be a Brexit and UK will divorce the European union at some point due to this combination, as symbolically one ring disappeared - the dissolvement of a partnership.

I also feel this divorce is about UK purifying itself from the burdens it has taken on while being married to the European union. I also feel that it can't take on all the immigrants. UK will emerge independent and stronger in years to come.
